Weekend Racing Roundup - Berlin and Clarendon
Two HUGE results this weekend, with two new marquee club records in the books.
From the cultural, economic, and social capital of the Western World, Clarendon, Virginia. Megan Haberle and Daniella Orton both run great races at the Clarendon Day 5k, both finishing in the top ten in a fantastic women's field. Daniella runs a really fast 19:18, coming in exactly 10th. Megan finishes 4th among women, running a NEW CLUB RECORD 5k in 18:15.
The Dojo's attention was on the small town of Berlin this weekend, where Jeff Redfern toed the line at the BMW Berlin Marathon. Jeff delivered with a big PR and a heck of an impressive race, running 2:35 to finish 119th overall. Jeff's run is plenty good enough to land him on one of the Dojo's most coveted podiums, with the 3rd spot.
