Cherry Blossom Results

A huge performance by the Dojo @ Cherry Blossom 2019! For the first time ever, the men's team took home the Open Club title, thanks to some epic performances.

Here are all the results (any omissions due to incompetence and not intention)

Re: [Dojo News] CCT this am

Fairfax Four Miler -

It was spitting rain all night, but pretty warm. As always, a fast field with a bunch of folks looking to close out the year with a hard effort. The roads were a bit slick, which made footing iffy in the dark.

The good news is that the times were pretty darn fast, especially given that no one is exactly in peak form at the moment. We had a big crew out there. Needless to say, if there was a team competition, our women's squad would have absolutely dominated it.

Here is the quick rundown of the results:
  • Shlomo Fishman - 22:48 (15th Man)
  • Jen Maranzano - 24:16 (2nd Woman - possibly the first race in all of 2018 where she didn't run a PR!)
  • Jenny Paul - 24:18 (3rd Woman, new PR, improves her spot on the Dojo all-time list)
  • Bobby Molson - 24:52 (36th Man)
  • Amanda Hicks - 25:56 (9th Woman)
  • Kristen Serafin - 26:16 (12th Woman)
  • Julia Taylor - 29:29 (32nd Woman)
