Rockville Twilight 8k Update

Rockville Twilight 8k -

Congrats to everyone who ran the Rockville Twilight 8k last Saturday. Shawn broke his previous time as the second fastest Dojo 8k runner ever, with a 26:36. Alan dominates his age group by 3 minutes over his nearest challenger. Ryan PR's in the 8k. Megan, running the 8k as a relaxed tempo run, still comes in 3rd in her age group. And of course Cindy runs another incredible race, winning her age group by well over 3 minutes.
